Leopard Antiques specializes in collectable antique silver that is in superb condition with clearly legible hallmarks. We are based in the beautiful city of Cape Town, South Africa, and ship to customers around the globe. We understand the pleasure of holding a truly wonderful piece of silver, and recognise how difficult it can be making a decision to purchase online. We have tried to alleviate this with our descriptions and detailed photographs and our undertaking to offer a refund if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase.

Leopard also recognises the frustration of hidden and additional costs when purchasing online, so all costs are built into the prices you see on our website. This includes free shipping to all major destinations worldwide via courier or Royal Mail (see all you need to know for more details).
For the benefit of repeat visitors to our website, all new stock additions are tagged "new" in red. The new tag remains for 30 days only.

How to order
Should you wish to order, please email us and we will reserve the item for you pending payment. We accept payment by PayPal to our leopard@leopardantiques.com email address, and can also accept direct bank transfers.
Should you prefer to pay by direct bank transfer, please inform us and we will email you our relevant bank details.
Once we have received your order and payment, we will ship within 1 working day.
Shipping and insurance
Leopard offers free shipping to all major destinations worldwide, via courier or Royal Mail dependant on order value. Orders that have a value greater than GBP 1000 (USD 1500) will be shipped via courier, while smaller orders will be shipped by first class mail using the United Kingdom's Royal Mail. Our Royal Mail parcels travel in an overnight bag from Cape Town to London, 3 times per week, where they enter the normal Royal Mail service.
Our global courier company is DHL, part of Deutsche Post. They have a very user friendly parcel tracking system on their website (www.dhl.com), all you need to do is enter your shipping number into the "Fast Track" box at top left, to find out exactly where your parcel is at any particular time.
Should your order be less than our courier threshold of GBP 1000 (USD 1500) but you would prefer us to ship via courier, we will inform you of the shipping surcharge prior to processing your order.
Returns
Should you be unhappy with the item once you have received it, please notify Leopard by email within 7 days of receipt (with reasons please!) and return the item. Leopard undertakes to refund in full, less shipping, insurance and admin costs, once the item has been returned to us in an undamaged state.
Damaged in transit
All items are carefully packaged by Leopard to prevent damage in transit. In the unlikely event that an item is damaged in transit, please notify Leopard within 24 hours of receipt and return the item to us for a full refund.
